The photo I have chosen as my Jazz Advocate identification photo is actually a picture I took at Gilly's Jazz Club in Downtown Dayton, Ohio - George Benson was in town and stopped by to see Jerry at his club. Club patron after club patron wanted to take a picture with George Benson when finally I asked Jerry if he wanted a picture with George. He smiled and said, "Of course!" Thank you Jerry for all those wonderful years of jazz in the Dayton area.
